ORDER INFORMATION:
How Long Does it Take to Process My Order?
Orders are normally processed within 48 hour if paid with Visa or Mastercard! Orders paid for with PayPal are processed normally within 72hrs depending when payment clears through Paypal. e-checks take up to 14 days to clear if your order is taking longer than normal to process we will notify you with an explanation of why and estimated time of processing!
How do I Check The Status of My Order?
All Orders are shipped either UPS or Expedited Parcel Canada Post as soon as your order is processed you will be sent up to date tracking information with a tracking number! and the shippers contact number and online tracking information!

What Method of Payment does supersaverca accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. You can use American Express and Discover through Paypal.
Why is my Credit Card not being Accepted?
Please check the following:
- that the number and expiration date are correct
- that the billing address you provide is the one that your financial institute has on record.
If everything is correct, and your card is still declined, please contact the institution that issues your card.
Does Supersaverca Accept International Credit Cards?
We only accept American and Canadian credit cards. International orders can be processed through PayPal using your credit card.
SHIPPING:
Can my Shipping Address be different from my billing address?
Yes. Your billing address, however, must match the address on your credit card statement.
Do You Issue Tracking Numbers?
Yes we issue tracking numbers to our customers by email as soon as the tracking number becomes available through our shipper. Please make sure your phone number is up to date as if there are any problems we will also contact you by phone to confirm your shipping information!
How Do I know What my Shipping Charges Are?
When checking out with our SecureCart shipping options are listed approximatly half way down the checkout page enter your Zip code/Postal code and it will automatically update your purchase total on the upper right corner! At this time you are not committed to purchasing anything until you click on the submit order button at the bottom of the page.
Returns:
We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with Supersaverca.
For most products, our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error (See below for list of exceptions/exclusions). Returns cannot be accepted under any other circumstances.

items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)

any return that is missing the originally shipped components

any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be paid for by the purchaser. We recommend that you insure any return shipments and only use a carrier that provides you with tracking information.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
All SVAT, LEVANA & NYRIUS products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects! Before returning any item for warranty please make sure you contact either Supersaverca or SVAT for an RMA number.
Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser the repaired or replaced warrantied item will be shipped back to you at no cost to you.
Items returned for warranty found not to be defective will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense. Please make sure you contact technical support at
