ORDER INFORMATION

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are normally processed within 48 hour if paid with Visa or Mastercard! Orders paid for with PayPal are processed normally within 72hrs depending when payment clears through Paypal. e-checks take up to 14 days to clear if your order is taking longer than normal to process we will notify you with an explanation of why and estimated time of processing!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
All Orders are shipped either UPS or Expedited Parcel Canada Post as soon as your order is processed you will be sent up to date tracking information with a tracking number! and the shippers contact number and online tracking information!

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DOES SUPERSAVERCA ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, Dinners Club and PayPal.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
Please check the following:
• That the number and expiration date are correct
• That the billing address you provide is the one that your financial institute has on record.
• If everything is correct, and your card is still declined, please contact the institution that issues your card.

DOES SUPERSAVERCA ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?
We only accept American and Canadian credit cards. International orders can be processed through PayPal using your credit card.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING TERMS:
We will ship for Free to Canadian and U.S.A. addresses that are on a normal UPS and Canada Post/U.S. Post normal ground delivery routes. Air/Ship Transportation destinations are not included.

Known Exclusions Canada include but not limited to:
Nunavut, Northwest Territiories

Known U.S.A. Exclusions include but not limited to:
Alaska, Purto Rico, Virgian Islands

If Free shipping is not available to your area due to Air only or ship only mail routes and you have placed an order we will contact you with a shipping quote. If you decline we will refund your money within 48 hours.

MY ADDRESS IS AIR OR SHIP DELIVERY ONLY WHAT DO CAN I DO?
Phone, E-mail us or contact us via our online chat system and we will be glad to give you a discounted shipping quote to your location not covered by our Free Shipping Area

CAN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. Your billing address, however, must match the address on your credit card statement.

DO YOU ISSUE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Yes we issue tracking numbers to our customers by email as soon as the tracking number becomes available through our shipper. Please make sure your phone number is up to date as if there are any problems we will also contact you by phone to confirm your shipping information!

RETURNS

We have a 15 day return policy on all of our items the item must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging along with all user manuals and installation discs. We do not refund the original shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a 20% restocking fee to cover testing and repackaging of the returned system. The 20% restocking fee may not apply if the customer is exchanging the system for another equally or higher priced product

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All of Supersaverca.com products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products have a longer warranty if you are not sure and need more info on product warranties please email us at info@supersaverca.com and specify the product model and make.
